Laparoscopic Surgery Checklist
So, you’re on this page because you’ve been told you need to have, or you’ve opted to have laparoscopic surgery. My best guess, is you have suspected Endometriosis or even potentially Adenomyosis also.
Firstly, I’d like to check in with you. How are you? Are you okay? Please feel free to reach out if there is anything I can help with. I had my Endometriosis excision surgery back in January 2020, just before the world changed. It was an intense process for so many reasons. I struggled to see what I needed, even though I had the tools right in front of me (naturopathically and recovery-wise).
So to help my brain cope and manage the unknown outcomes of the surgery and what was next for us in regards to our fertility and family journey.
What is in the checklist?
It’s quite simple! It’s a checklist of what to pack in your hospital bag, especially for those staying overnight. And then separately, recovery tips and things you can prepare before your surgery so that you can be in the best place to recover and heal quickly.
Why? What difference does Laparoscopic Surgery make?
A lot! Surgery, even minimally invasive, requires a lot of healing energy and nutrients from our body.
So let’s help you give it what it needs. After all, many of you are likely to be trying to conceive. These nutrients are vital for your fertility also, so having a depletion of these (whilst necessary for the surgery and healing) isn’t great for your long-term health.
That’s where I come in. I’ve put together this guide to help support you completely free because I think everyone should have access to this. You should be able to help yourself heal and recover from surgery quickly.
